Option #1: Service Focus: De Mar’s Product Strategy Case Study Analysis
Prepare a case study analysis paper based on the “De Mar’s Product Strategy” (Heizer & Render, 2014, p. 183) case study that contains at least four pages of content, not including the cover page and list of references, and the following titled sections:
- Summary of the Case
- Discussion Question 1 Answer
- Discussion Question 2 Answer
- Discussion Question 3 Answer [which should contain 10 titled subsections for each of the “10 strategic OM decisions” (Heizer & Render, 2014, p. 183)]
- Three Product Strategy Topics from Case Applicable to Other Service Providers
- Overview of Another Service Provider: In this section, you will identify and describe a service provider of your choice, but it must operate on a multi-national level. This must be a real organization, and a citation must appear in this section (from your list of references) that can be used by your reader to learn more about the service provider you have selected.
- Applicability of Three Product Strategy Topics to Selected Service Provider: In this section, you must explain how each of the product strategy topics apply to the service provider you selected and described in the seventh section of the paper.
The paper must be supported by the textbook, two additional scholarly references, and one reference pertaining to your selected service provider that may or may not be a scholarly reference. The paper must be formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements. Be clear, concise, and focused.
