1CHAPTER 6: DISCUSSION6.1 OverviewThe focus of this chapter is on the discussion of experimental results and findings fromthe feedback of questionnaires in order to study the consumers' perception of the proposedresearch model and its influence on their behavioral intent to adopt AI mobile banking chatbots.6.2 Analysis of FindingThe study aims at conducting a research investigation that analyzes and compares theUTAUT model with the TRI model and the additional two external factors that includeGovernment Support (GS) and Perceived Security (PS). Further, the study is interested in findingthe influence the above parameters have on Behavioral Intention of consumers to adopt mobilebanking chatbots in Oman.The main finding shows that one aspect out of the nine factors supported the study model,and another showed a non-significant influence on the Behavioral Intention to AI mobilebanking chatbots. In detail, the factors loading for supported factors are: Effort Expectancy (EE)g= 0.136*, Innovativeness (IV) g=0.49***, Discomfort (DS) g=0.189***, Insecurity (IN) onEffort Expectancy (EE) g =0.169***, Social influence (SI) g=-0.096*, Facilitating Conditions(FC) g= 0.143*, Perceived Security (PS) g= 0.144* and Government support (GS) g= 0.281***.Hence, the only factor which indicates a non-significant influence on Behavioral intention (BI) isInsecurity abbreviated as (IN) equated as g= 0.012.
